Revolut@Revolut get fucked! Ive been trying to get through your AI chat function to sort out my account and im getting nowhere! It also cant seem yo get me through to a person...someone capable of helping me. Ive got savings that youre holding hostage and i want access to it now!
RevolutNo indication of when Revolut will be back up. Turns out you can't make any transactions at all right now. Been with them for 4 years ever since I closed my Backays account in '22. Nver been a problem with them before. I can still secure my money by putting my cashcard behind a metal safe on a timer that won't unlock until tomorrow and locking myself out of my mobile on a timer. Got a backup plan to cover not being able to freeze my card.
Revolut@Revolut my account and my partner's account have been frozen for hours without any reason or banner. The app even blocks us from using the support chat. We already sent emails to support and formal complaints but got no human answer. We urgently need access to our funds!
